Mr Nicholas Caré is the CEO/Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Sydney, which is the largest Chamber of Commerce in the world.
Mr Caré has 25 years experience in international trade and liaison between Private, Public and Government enterprises and currently is a Committee Member of SBS Community Advisory Committee (CAC), Board Member of Assocamerestereo (worldwide Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce), where he represents, together with representatives of the Italian Government the CEO’s of 72 Chambers worldwide. He has been the President of the European Chambers in Australia, National CEO Representative for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Asia Pacific and was conferred the title of Cavaliere (a Knighthood) in the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in May 2006.Mr Caré is also an Engineer.

Marco Moretti

Mr Marco Moretti joined the Chamber in July 2004. He has an Economic Degree from Luigi Bocconi University and a Masters in Corporate Communication.
Duties and responsibilities:
- advise new, existing and potential trade partners on international, constitutional, industrial and commercial law issues
- provide research, information and commercial services such as trade lists, company searches, market research, statistics and joint venture facilitation
- handle all incoming trade enquiries both from Australian and Italian companies
- organise or coordinate inbound and outbound trade missions and trade delegations

Federica Guidi
Sales and Membership Manager |

Ms Federica Guidi arrived in Australia in 1998 and joined the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in May 2000. She has studied Marketing and Communications from Italy, and has a Business English diploma from Bond University in Queensland.
Duties and responsibilities:
- sourcing potential new members and extensive member liaison
- responsible for promoting and managing advertising sales of the Chamber’s quarterly publication Voi Tutti
- responsible for selling and coordinating the events, including Aperitivo Club, Business luncheon, seminars.

Katherine Stevenson
Communications Manager |

Ms Katherine Stevenson joined the Chamber in May 2006. Her background includes radio, public relations and news reporter as well as freelance journalism and photography for various publications. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) majoring in Journalism from Charles Sturt University in Bathurst.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- work with the CEO to strategise effective public and media communication methods as well as compose press releases and handle media enquiries.
- serve as staff journalist for Voi Tutti
- compose material for and develop the Chambers website and production of the e-newsletter.
- compose and develop sponsorship packages and maintain sponsor relationships.
- compose and oversee correspondence from the Chamber

Dario Privitera
Trade Coordinator |

Mr Dario Privitera joined the Chamber in January 2007. He has a Law Degree from Bocconi University in Milan, and has successfully completed two years legal training in an Italian law firm.
Duties and responsibilities:
Dario handles all incoming trade enquires both from Australian and Italian companies. He provides and manages a full range of commercial services including:
- provide research, information and commercial services such as trade lists, company searches, market research, statistics and joint venture facilitation
- Promotion of trade opportunities
- Targeting partners
- Seeking importers/distributors
- Export problem solving (shipment, customs etc)
- Contract legal assistance

Silvia Selmo
Trade Fairs Coordinator |

Ms Silvia Selmo started at the Italian Chamber Of Commerce in May 2005. She has an Economic Degree from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
Duties and responsibilities
- co-coordinating and finalising the organisation of trade delegations for Italian and Australian trade fairs and exhibitions
- organising and promoting visitor and exhibitor promotional packages for Italian and Australian trade fairs
- coordinating and finalising projects to promote the participation of Italian companies at Australian trade fairs
- coordinating Italian delegations during their participation at Australian trade fairs and exhibitions

Luigi Mariani
Media Liasion Officer |

Mr Luigi Mariani joined the Chamber in March 2008. He has a Law Degree from Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna. He is a journalist, registered with the National Journalists Board since the 26th of September 2006.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Plan communication and media strategies in order to promote the Chamber and its services overseas
- Write articles and reports for selected newspapers and magazines and look after their editing; organise commercials and interviews for Italian television/radio
- Prepare and control the issue of news and press releases in Italy and provide Italian media operators with pictures and useful information about the Chamber
